On March 2, 2026, Core Scientific restated its 2024 and 2025 financial statements, citing the improper capitalization of assets during facility conversions, and identified a material weakness in its internal control over financial reporting. The firm is investigating whether the company's earlier disclosures accurately reflected these issues.

What this means for you
You do not need to do anything to be part of the class. If a class action is filed and a class is later certified, investors who purchased during the class period are ordinarily class members without taking any action.
