Investigation
Redwire Corporation Investigation
NYSE: RDW · Opened June 29, 2026 · Status: Investigation, no case filed
What the firm is investigating
The firm is investigating whether Redwire Corporation and its officers accurately disclosed the shareholder dilution risk, capital needs, and cash-burn trajectory behind a series of large equity offerings, and whether investors received a complete and accurate picture of the company's financial condition.
Redwire announced a $500 million at-the-market equity offering on June 9, 2026, following a $350 million at-the-market program and a $260 million underwritten offering in June 2025. A short-seller report has alleged dilution, elevated cash burn, and internal control weaknesses. Those are allegations that have not been established, and the firm's review concerns whether the company's public disclosures addressed these matters completely and accurately.
Who may be affected
Investors who purchased or held Redwire common stock during the periods surrounding these equity offerings.
What this means for you
You do not need to do anything to be part of the class. If a class action is filed and a class is later certified, investors who purchased during the class period are ordinarily class members without taking any action.
A lead plaintiff deadline is optional. It applies only to an investor who wants to ask the court to appoint them lead plaintiff, the investor who directs the case for the class.
Three deadlines matter later, and none of them is today's: a claim form is ordinarily required to be paid from a settlement; a class member who does not opt out by the deadline in the court's notice is bound by the result; and statutes of repose may bar an individual claim even while a class action is pending.
